How to have a boundary

Having a boundary is vital to being able to walk through this world as a sensitive person. It is a choice and must be maintained.

In order to clear and be responsible for your energy field you need to maintain a boundary. It will allow you to stand strong and be of service to this world. Without it you live in a state of overwhelm and anxiety. You are also vulnerable to entity and ghost attachment.  Which is a truly unpleasant experience.
It is a bit like the outer shell on a seed.  It keeps you safe inside.

How to:
When you are in safe sacred space, set the intention to learn about your boundary.  You will want to clear your energetic field before you begin working with your boundary.   You can use any form of energetic clearing process you like.  My favorite way of getting myself nice and clear is to lie down on the earth  then I ask the earth and heavens to assist me, I ask "that all darkened, stagnant, ungrounded energies, anything that is not truly mine, any intrusions of any kind be released from me at this time." 
This will take care of any easy stuff. 


Once you are clear:
Call your guides to assist you. 
How do you call your guides?  You say "I call to my guides, and angels, and ask for your support and love and guidance."  Then you wait 10 seconds and they are there.  Try it if you have not already.  Keep your judgment for later.  This is an exercise of visualization and focused intention.  If this all sounds weird just pretend and see how you feel after. 

The first time you do this you will want to bring your awareness to your current boundary.   This is a reconnaissance mission to get to know the status quo. Your boundary is about to change so do not get attached to what you see this first time.    Bring your awareness into your root chakra, at the bottom of your pelvis.  Meet your guide there as a mini you.  Whatever your guide appears as thank them for the help.  Walk with your guide out straight into your energetic body. 
Keep walking until you reach a boundary.  If you do not reach anything it means you do not have one.  If you run into and energetic brick wall that is it.  Follow whatever you run into all the way around yourself observing what you find: holes, zippers, barnacles, machinery, doorways, it can be fascinating.  observe where the intrusions are hooked in what they look, and feel like. 
Once you have made it all the way around you begin a second journey around this time filling holes, removing zippers, filling doorways, with your intention, golden light and help for your guides.  This will probably be enough for the first time. 

You may find the boundary uncomfortable at first because it dulls your sensitivity. I found this to be true for me at first. 
 Eventually you will want to remove and put on a boundary quickly and easily.  It is a point of energetic hygiene that you will be checking in with regularly.  

I like to remove my boundary when doing my self care.  I ask that my boundary release completely and ask that the energy of the old boundary be transmuted into love light and beauty. 
 
Once I have removed my boundary I like to let my field expand out and merge with the everything.  bringing in lots of source light.  When I am done doing that I ask for an upgraded boundary that is clear and strong. Or you might feel the need to make it colors or reflective. It is your boundary, play with it. Know that it is a choice to put it there and maintain it.   You can take it off when you are at home or in nature but then you need to remember to put it back on. When you have an expansive experience you will need to upgrade it because of the stretch marks that happen during expansion.
