How to release entities and strengthen your energy body part 1

I  use the word entity because it is what most people understand to mean  having something attacking you on an energetic level. Yet the definition of this word makes it clear it is not the right word. The definition of an entity noun en· ti· ty | \ ˈen-tə-tē  , ˈe-nə-\ plural entities Definition of entity : BEING, EXISTENCE 1 especially : independent, separate, or self-contained existence : the existence of a thing as contrasted with its attributes 2: something that has separate and distinct existence and objective or conceptual reality 3: an organization (such as a business or governmental unit) that has an identity separate from those of its members

So anything that is not you is an entity.  We live in a sea of energy. You are affected by others people and unseen beings energy all the time. It is not something you could avoid. Energy is energy no matter what state it is in. I say this because this is a subject that brings up a lot of fear for people. It is important to give yourself understanding and come from a place of  courage in order to be able to move these energies. I believe it is important to give yourself understanding and come from a place of courage in order to be able to move these energies. In order to empower yourself it is  necessary to look unflinchingly at what is.   What I am addressing here I will call intrusive energies.  Given  the opportunity they will hop in your energy field and try to  manipulate your free will. They are very rude about it and are responsible for a lot of suffering in this world.  Many intrusive energies feed off negative energy. The door is left open by our wounding. Then we become a food source.  By  writing this I hope to give you the skills required to recognize when  you are being intruded upon and know that there is something to do about it.

Our separateness from the oneness means that nothing is allowed in unless  you allow it. There is a lot of subconscious forfeiting our sovereignty that allows for cracks in the energy field. Until those cracks are filled, there will be vulnerability.

Things that can make you more vulnerable to intrusion: Drug and alcohol use Trauma Soul loss Being a sensitive person

Indicators you are being intruded upon:

Feelings of fatigue Thoughts and memories that are not yours Sudden illness Issues with addiction Physical weakness on one side of the body or the other Weakness in the knees Dizziness Hearing voices telling you bad things Addiction Dysfunctional sexual tendency Sudden sharp pain that passes quickly Unexplained burn marks 

Some basic types of intrusive energies (There are many other types these are only the usual suspects.)

Earthbound Souls  AKA Ghosts - they are often attached to people because they knew them at some point  or remind them of themselves, or because the person can perceive them.

Unwell Ancestors -the unwell-dead can receive energy from is their descendants.

Thought forms-  Thought forms are energetic creations of a fixated mind.  They are completely created by humans. They can get stronger the more people  focus on an idea. There are positive and negative thought forms. People with mental health issues create these often through paranoid  delusional thinking.  

Heavy energy eaters-  feed off of Toxic thoughts and/ or sexual dysfunction

Chaos makers- They make Chaos to distract and control us.

Unwell Nature Spirits- Nature spirits that have been so abused by humans they lash out.

What you can do Option #1 for energies that are not personal to you.
 Call in sacred space and your guides and helpers. Get  as close to the earth as possible.  I often lay down on the ground if I can. If I can’t get on the earth I at least remove myself from other  people. A bathroom stall sometimes has to do. Taking deep breaths I activate myself and my connection to the earth and all my spirit  friends. If I am lying on the earth or in my treatment space this is  super easy. If I am out in public surrounded by people it can be  challenging to focus.  I open up my connection to the earth and the heavens. Say out loud,
"I ask that all darkened, stagnant, underground energies,  anything that is not truly mine anything any intrusions of any kind, or anything trying to manipulate my free will, be fully and completely released from  me at this time." I then breathe deeply and allow the releasing.  This  will work great for anything low level that you just picked up. 

Option #2 Feeding your demons Often we attract intrusion into parts of ourselves that agree with the intruder.  Our deepest wounding make us vulnerable to intrusion. So it is necessary to look into our shadow and heal those places to have a strong energy body.
