I walk the fear drenched path that leads to freedom. Grumpy and groggy I stumble into my demons by "accident". I greet them as my teacher friends. I ask them to guide me safely on this path so I do not get stuck in the quagmires that line either side. These quagmires that have held me for thousands of life times. My sweet demons, thank you. I am safe. Safe to express the rage and fear. Safe and held by my tribe of sweet brave souls who are on this path with me. My sweet friends, thank you. I am accompanied by my children. Challenging me to keep my balance in the most awkward of ways. Trying to keep them safe from the path they also signed up to walk. Invoking the wrath of bitch mother with each step. Knowing that once the roaring stops I will defend them to the death and hand them all comfort I have left to me. My sweet children, thank you. I plow ahead like a bull. Straight in, straight through, crying out in pain, stumbling blindly on this epic quest. I am met on the other side by my higher self, laughing her ass off " You never did like it to be easy".
